The Canon HF R16 is a really neat camera/camcorder to buy. The features of this camera are unbelievable. This is just one of those must have cameras.

This camera includes dual flash memory which means that is records video to 8GB built in flash memory. This camera also has fast capture and processing which has a sensor that makes it easier for fast capture and processing, and also low power consumption.

The Canon HF also features HD video lens and zoom, high speed processing, intelligent auto and face detection, and internal down conversion. It is perfect while you shoot on the move. The Canon HF has instant auto focus for crisp, clear focus. It makes sure that they are all delivered in HD footage. This camera is also good for capturing 2, 4, or 8 second series of videos. It also can create movies from many clips and play it back to you. It can’t get any better than this.

You may want to consider this camcorder because it is a camera and camcorder all in one. It does things that a regular camcorder cannot do. Many camcorders just record, but this one captures pictures as well, making it even more convenient to take with you anywhere. If you just want to use the camera you can, or if you want to use both, you also have that option availabe. This is not your normal camcorder, that is what makes it so special and unique.

Consider buying the Canon HF R16, your next all in one high standard camcorder and camera. It is good considering price for what the features include, and lower than those that do not include all of these extras. If you are looking for something that has good battery life, good low-life performance, and many more, buy the Canon HF R16.

The Canon LEGRIA HF20 is a twin memory camcorder with 32GB of internal memory and a SDHC slot for adding additional capacity if required. The 32GB is enough to shoot just over 12 hours of glorious high definition video footage which should be enough for most uses.

The quality of image captures by the HF20 is extremely good as we’ve come to expect from Canon. The quality comes from the combination of Canon HD video lens, 3.3MP Full HD CMOS sensor and Canon’s DIGIC DV III processor. At the highest settings the HF20 can capture 1920×1080 video at high bitrate of 24Mbsp.

Using the HF20 is a doddle. Instant AF gives you pin-sharp focussing quickly and easily while optical image stabilisation prevents camera shake from spoiling your recordings. If you’re filming people then the Face Detection Technology can tailor your shooting settings to get those perfect people shots. In fact the Canon HF20 can track up to 35 individual faces in a single frame ensuring the best settings for focus and exposure are used at all times.

Since the HF20 uses solid state memory it is extremely lightweight. Weighting just 340g it’s perfect for taking with you anywhere. The Quick Start feature means you can be ready to start recording in less than a second. If you’re still worried about missing the perfect camcorder moment then the Pre. Rec. function is for you. When Pre. Rec. is enabled the HF20 constantly buffered 4 seconds of video while you are not recording. When you press the record button the buffered video is added to the beginning of your footage ensuring you don’t miss something important.

Compare prices for the Canon HF20 above to find the best price when shopping online.

The Canon HF S20 high definition camcorder offers a superb image quality even when recording in low light thanks to it’s a combination of the Canon HD Video Lens, DIGIC DV III processor and 8MP Full HD CMOS sensor.

The HFS20 is a dual memory camcorder with 32GB of internal memory and 2 SDHC card slots of additional storage space if required.

One of the best features of the Canon S20 is the large 3.5 inch touch screen display which at the time of writing is the largest LCD screen available on a camcorder. This screen is touch operated which can be used to access the most common functions during recording and playback. You can also use the touch screen to touch a face or object you are filming to se auto-focus. With auto-focus enabled the focus will remain locked on your selection automatically adjusting and compensating the exposure even if the object or camera moves.

There is silent 10x optical zoom complete with Powered O.I.S (optical image stabilisation) which can compensate for most forms of camera shake giving you professional smooth looking footage with no shake or blurring. The is also a further enhanced Dynamic Range mode which can stabilise camera shake on the move, for example when you are walking and filming or filming from a moving vehicle.

For the more creative amongst you the Canon HFS20 features a manual control dial just below the lens which can be assigned a number of settings to adjust including exposure, focus, assist functions, auto gain control (AGC) and microphone level. The clever AGC function allows you to control how sensitive the HFS20 will be when shooting dark scenes. A low setting allows you to film dark scenes with natural darkness and no noise. Raising this this setting will add more light to the scene but with the side effect of more noise.

Other features making the HF S20 a great choice for a HD camcorder include high speed, precision focusing, a maximum 24Mbps bit rate, face detection, a wide range of connection options and a mini advanced accessory shoe.

The Canon HF S11 HD camcorder is a professional level video camera combining an advanced set of controls, excellent imaging and enough storage capacity for a full days shooting. The HFS11 has a massive 64GB of internal flash memory plus the option of adding more via additional SDHC memory cards. The 64GB memory is enough to record over 24 hours of high definition footage.

The HF S11 features a manual control dial which can control 1 of 5 variables at the push of a button. This allows you to quickly and easily adjust settings such as focus, exposure and audio levels while you record. Other professional grade features include auto gain control limits (AGC), zebra patterns, colour peaking and test tone outputs.

The Canon HFS11 can capture still photos at resolutions of up to 8MP (6MP while recording). There is also a photo burst option which can grab 25 still images from a second of video.

The HFS11 combats camcorder shake with Canon’s Dynamic OIS (optical image stabilization) which can compensate for camera shake even at the wide end of the zoom. There is also Instant AF (auto focus) which can achieve highly accurate focus at lightening speeds.

The quality of video captures by the HFS11 is superb. The DIGIC DV III processor supports x.v.Color giving you richer colours and hues during playback on compatible TVs. There si also a 25p cinema mode which will match the look of traditional film. The DIGIC DV III processor really excels when shooting in low light conditions giving you crisp clean footage without the graininess you get from some cheaper camcorders.

The Panasonic HDC-TM10 is an award winning and very stylish and lightweight camcorder, weighing only 277g, with a 2.7-inch wide touch-screen interface. This makes it very flexible to use for long shooting sessions and ideal when travelling.

The Panasonic HDC-TM10 has many fantastic features which makes it easy to use and creates good quality movies, for example the Active Mode ensures that you have stable footage even when walking around. The Panasonic HDC-TM10 has the benefit of Advanced O.I.S which combats any knocks and bumps, or shaking from hand-held shooting, at a rate of 4,000 times a second. This is especially important when using the Panasonic HDC-TM10’s superb 16x optical zoom as shaking is magnified, therefore even when shooting distant objects the Panasonic HDC-TM10 creates a sharp and blur free image. The crisp footage created by the Panasonic HDC-TM10 is further enhanced by the iA (auto function) which automatically adjusts the exposure and focus. Furthermore the Panasonic HDC-TM10 benefits from an AF/AE Tracking system which can trace the object you are filming, even if it changes direction!

The Panasonic HDC-TM10 has 8GB built-in memory but when this is full it conveniently switches to the optional SDHC/SD Memory Card automatically, allowing for 15 hours of filming. It is no wonder that the Panasonic HDC-TM10 won the Simply DV (Online), Superb Award in June 2009, which stated that “Panasonic’s tiny but well-featured HD camcorder offers all the benefits of solid-state high definition video recording whilst being small enough to keep in your pocket. Ideal for Summer?”

The Panasonic HDC-TM20 camcorder is an extremely light weight and portable camcorder capable of recording quality full HD video footage directly to either it’s 16GB internal memory or an external SD memory card. It’s weight and size makes it an ideal camcorder for carrying with you in your bag and provides fatigue free recording even for those longer sessions.

The Panasonic TM20 comes equipped with a Leica Dicomar lens complete with a long 16x optical zoom helping you get closer to the action without moving you feet. Advanced Optical Image Stabilisation keeps your recordings free from bumps and shakes even when recording on the move. The Advanced O.I.S can detect and correct shakes at up to 4000 times per second.

The HDC-TM20 is extremely simple to use and when in iA (intelligent auto mode) automatically takes care of focusing, white balance and exposure leaving you free to concentrate on filming.

The HDC-TM20 has a clever touch screen with one of it’s finest features being the auto focus tracking. Simply select a subject on the screen with a touch of your finger and the TM20 will track them keeping them in focus at all times even when they are on the move.

Since the Panasonic HDCTM20 relies on solid state memory only, it is highly resilient to bumps and knocks since there is no transport mechanism. This also allows it to offer a quick 1.9 second start up time and pre-record function where the camcorder is always filming ready for you to push the record button ensuring you never miss any of those spontaneous moments again.
